2.7.4. Check of an axial free wheeling of a bent shaft
NOTE
Test is carried out with the established inserts and the removed flywheel. The bent shaft freely is established in the block of cylinders.

Measure an axial gap.
Install the indicator of hour type opposite to a forward contact surface of a bent shaft.
Measure an axial gap moving a bent shaft.
Admissible axial gap: from 0,100 to 0,202 mm.
Check of ovality of a bent shaft
Disconnect the basis of the block of cylinders.
NOTE
The bent shaft is removed and placed freely in the block of cylinders

Turn off 12 bolts of fastening of M6.
Turn off 10 bolts of fastening of M8.
Install the indicator of hour type opposite to the central neck.
Measure ovality rotating a bent shaft.
Admissible ovality: 0,03 mm.
Apply (gray) kremniyevorganichesky sealant.
NOTE
After putting kremniyevorganichesky sealant (gray) the basis of the block of cylinders has to be established within 10 min.

ATTENTION
You do not apply the roller of kremniyevorganichesky sealant (gray) in grooves or on internal edges.
Put the roller of kremniyorganichesky sealant of a groove, (gray) after an outer edge, on the basis of the block of cylinders about 2 mm thick.

Attach the basis of the block of cylinders to (tighten by hand) 22 bolts of fastening.
Use new bolts.
Tighten 10 bolts on an internal part (M8) the moment of 25 N · m also tighten on +60 °.
Tighten 12 bolts (M6) outside the moment of 10 N · m also tighten on +60 °.
