2.7.1. Removal and installation of a flywheel (engine of 1,4 l)

Removal

Remove the transmission.

Remove the coupling casing block.

Disconnect a flywheel.

Removal of a flywheel: 1 – flywheel; 2 – special adaptation; 3 – fastening bolts

NOTE

The KM special adaptation 6263 remains on the engine.

Block a flywheel by means of the KM special adaptation 652.

Turn off 6 bolts of fastening.

Check a back epiploon of the crankshaft, a flywheel and a gear wreath of a flywheel for existence of damages or wear, replace in case of need.

Clear contact surfaces of a bent shaft and a flywheel.

Installation

Establish a flywheel on a bent shaft.

Block it by means of the KM special adaptation 652.

Clear 6 carvings.

Tighten 6 bolts (3) the moment of 35 N · m, tighten on +30 °.

Installation of a flywheel: 1 – flywheel; 2 – special adaptation; 3 – fastening bolts

NOTE

At installation use new bolts.

Put (red) fixing structure for carvings.

Install the coupling casing block.

Install the transmission.
