3.3.7. Check of pressure of oil (AF13-II)

ATTENTION
Exclude malfunctions in management. When checking with full loading extend the lever of the parking brake and press a brake pedal. Due to the danger of an overheat at full loading carry out check not longer than 5 pages. Enter a pause for cooling. Only the main pressure is checked.

Remove a cap 1.
Install the manometer of pressure of KM-498-B 3 oil with an adapter of KM-580 2.
Check the level of gearbox oil.
Check the main pressure.
Establish on the transmission a cap 1 with new consolidation, the inhaling moment – 8 N · to m.
Check the level of gearbox oil.
Check and adjustment of level of gearbox oil (AF13-II)
Take temperature of gearbox oil the TECH 2 device.

NOTE
Before check of level of oil: let's work to the engine on single turns at position of the lever of the gear shifting "Р". Once transfer the lever to all provisions from "Р" to "1" and back.
Before check of level of oil and during it the lever of gear shifting has to be at the working engine in situation "P".

Add gearbox oil to the corresponding top mark.
At the cooled-down transmission (temperature of oil is below +35 °C, within one minute of operation of the engine on single turns) the level of oil will be correct if it is on the party of the probe oil meter where there is a designation "MIN +20 °C", between the corresponding marks.
At the heated-up transmission (about 80 °C, after passing by the site car approximately in 20 km) the level of oil will be correct if it is on the party of the probe oil meter where there is a designation "MAX +80 °C", between the corresponding marks.
