2.4.3. Removal and installation of the oil pallet (Z10XE, Z10XEP, without conditioner)Removal
Open a cowl.
Lift the car.

NOTE
On option of the ECO model dismantle a cover of motor office below.
|
Merge engine oil.
Substitute the reception pallet.
Turn off a carving stopper of a drain opening.
Release an exhaust system.

NOTE
At removal of the average muffler, catalyst, a final collector or final collector with the catalyst it is necessary to secure the part of system of release of OG remaining in the car against uncontrollable sagging.
|
For this purpose a part of system of release of OG with the flexible tube which is in it it is possible to fix by suitable means, for example, by means of a wire on a running gear.

NOTE
Bend of a flexible tube even on 5-10 angular degrees in relation to the provided assembly position can cause damage of a flexible hose with the subsequent failure.
|
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires a lambda sensor of control of the catalyst 1.
Disconnect system of exhaust gases – 2 damping partitions (arrows).
Dismantle an exhaust pipe in front 2.
Turn off 3 nuts.
In front attach an exhaust pipe to the case of the forward bridge at the left.
Remove a casing of a poliklinovy belt.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening 1.
Dismantle a clip (shooter).
Twirl a carving stopper of a drain opening for engine oil.
Replace a sealing ring.
Tighten a bolt the moment of 10 N · m.
Dismantle the oil pallet.
On the transmission unscrew 3 bolts of fastening 1.
On a support of a bent shaft turn off 14 bolts of fastening.
Installation
Install the oil pallet.
Replace consolidation.
Twirl 17 bolts of fastening.

NOTE
Observe the sequence of an inhaling of bolts of fastening.
|
On a support of a bent shaft tighten 14 bolts of fastening the moment of 10 N · m.
On the transmission tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 40 N · m.
Install an exhaust system.
Replace consolidation.
Replace nuts.
Tighten 3 nuts the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
Attach the damping partitions.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires a lambda sensor of control of the catalyst.
Establish a casing of a poliklinovy belt.

NOTE
On option of the ECO model establish a cover of motor office below.
|
Tighten bolts.
Establish a clip.
Lower the car.
Fill in engine oil.
Start the engine and leave to work until the control lamp of pressure of oil goes out.
Check and, if necessary, modify the level of engine oil.
Close a cowl.
