2.3.3. Removal and installation of the pump of cooling liquid (Z10XE, Z10XEP, with the conditioner)Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect plugs of the rechargeable battery.

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It needs to be calibrated anew.

Disconnect a weight wire.
Merge cooling liquid.
|
NOTE
On option of the ECO model dismantle a cover of motor office below.
|
Substitute the reception pallet.
Open a carving stopper of a drain opening (shooter).
Remove the case of the air filter 1.
Disconnect 2 sockets of a plait of wires, a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air 3, the valve of ventilation of a tank 2.
Release the valve of ventilation of a tank.
Dismantle the soaking-up branch pipe 4.
Turn off 2 nuts.
Dismantle a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine 5.
On Z 10 XEP engines: remove the soaking-up air hose.
Release a collar.
Unscrew a bolt (shooter).
Release a forward wheel on the right.
Lift the car.
Dismantle a forward wheel on the right.
Turn off 4 bolts of fastening.
Lift the car.
Remove a casing of a poliklinovy belt.
Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening 1.
Remove a clip (shooter).
Install KM-6169-2 adaptation on the transmission.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 95 N · m.
Install KM-61691 adaptation.
Get KM-6169 at the left on the case of the forward bridge (an arrow, fig. I).
The directing finger has to settle down in an opening in the case of the forward bridge.
Both holders install on the case of the forward bridge on the right (shooters, fig. II).
The directing finger has to settle down in an opening in the case of the forward bridge (the shooter, fig. III).
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening.
Install a support on KM-6169 adaptation.
Establish fastening 2 for a support.
Put the clamp 1.
Adjust support.
From the transmission to wrap spindles so that fastenings 3 on the directing pins adjoined without gap.
On the party of management of the engine insert a pin of a support into an opening of the block of cylinders without gap (shooter)
Tighten a nut 1.
Turn off the holder of the engine on the right.
Release a bolt below 1.
Lower the car.
Remove the holder of the engine on the right.
Release the depreciation block of the engine.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening 1.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening (arrow).
Release a pulley of a poliklinovy belt of the pump of cooling liquid.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Take off a poliklinovy belt.

NOTE
Mark the direction of rotation and observe assembly situation.
|
Pull the tension device of a poliklinovy belt by means of KM-6131 adaptation in the direction of an arrow.
Insert the KM-61301 device.
Dismantle a pulley poliklinovy ременя the pump of cooling liquid.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Remove a hose of heating of a branch pipe of a butterfly valve 1.
Remove the giving hose of heated water 3 from the pump of cooling liquid.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid 2.
1 and 2 above and below disconnect hoses of a radiator from the pump of cooling liquid.
Release collars.
Dismantle the pump of cooling liquid 1.

NOTE
At removal pay attention to the directing plugs.

Turn off 9 bolts of fastening.
|
NOTE
Consider the different length of bolts of fastening (an arrow – short bolts).
|
If is available: uncover the pump of cooling liquid 2.
|
NOTE
Consider various options of a design.
|
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Turn out a carving cap 3.
Dismantle a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Clean the sealing surfaces of the pump of cooling liquid, a cover of the pump of cooling liquid, a branch pipe of cooling liquid, the GRM case.
Installation
When replacing details consider various options of a design. You watch correctness of numbers of details.
Establish a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Replace consolidation.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.
Wrap a carving cap.
Replace a sealing ring.
Tighten a bolt the moment of 15 N · m.
If is available: establish a cover of the pump of cooling liquid.
Replace consolidation.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening with the moment of 8 N · m.
Install the pump of cooling liquid.

NOTE
You watch correctness of landing of the directing plugs (arrow).

1 replace consolidation.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening of 28 N · m.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
Below establish a radiator hose.
Fix a collar.
Establish a radiator hose above.
Fix a collar.
Establish the giving hose of heated water.
Establish a hose of heating of a branch pipe of a butterfly valve.
Fix a collar.
To connect flanges a pulley poliklinovy ременя the pump of cooling liquid.
Twirl 3 bolts of fastening.
Establish a poliklinovy belt.

NOTE
Observe the direction of rotation and assembly situation.
|
Pull the tension device of a poliklinovy belt by means of KM-6131 adaptation.
Take out KM-6130 adaptation.
Weaken a tension of the tension device of a poliklinovy belt.
Fix a pulley poliklinovy ременя the pump of cooling liquid.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
Establish the holder of the motor on the right.
Insert a bolt below.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening above the moment of 60 N · m.
Fix the depreciation block of the engine.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening the moment of 40 N · m.
Lift the car.
Fix the holder of the motor on the right.
Bolt below tighten 60 N · m.
Remove 2 support of the party of management of the engine and the transmission.
Remove devices.
Close a carving stopper of a drain opening of cooling liquid.
Establish a casing of a poliklinovy belt.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening.
Establish a clip.
Lower the car.

Establish a forward wheel on the right.
Twirl 4 bolts of fastening.
Lower the car.
Fix a forward wheel on the right.
Tighten 4 bolts of fastening the moment of 110 N · m.
Install the case of the air filter.
Tighten a bolt.
Fix the soaking-up branch pipe.
Replace a sealing ring.
Tighten 2 nuts.
On Z 10 XEP engines: establish the soaking-up air hose.
Tighten a collar of 3,5 N · m.
Establish a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine.
Connect the valve of ventilation of a tank.
Connect 2 sockets of a plait of wires.
Connect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Fill the cooling system and remove air.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
