2.11.1. Replacement of the oil pump (1,4 l)

Lubrication system (engines of 1,4 l)

Removal
Before the procedure of check warm up the engine up to the working temperature (oil temperature – 80 °C).
Open a cowl.
Turn off a nut of fastening and disconnect a mass wire from the rechargeable battery
Remove the case of the air filter and an inlet collector.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of a mass consumption of air.
Turn off a fastening bolt, remove a collar and an inlet pipe of the air filter.
Turn off two bolts of fastening, disconnect the top latch and remove a forward cover of a gear belt (top).

NOTE
Extend a forward cover of a gear belt up, for a ledge (the shooter in the drawing).

Uncover the ignition module in the direction of the arrow represented on it.

NOTE
Note the provision of an arrow on a cover.

Take off a poliklinovy belt.
Note the direction of rotation.
Squeeze a natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt in the direction of an arrow in the drawing and record it by means of the KM special tool 6130.
Pick up the directing probe phone for measurement of level of oil.
Take out the probe.
Turn off fastening bolts.
Remove a transport bracket of the engine.
Lift the car.
Remove an engine mudguard.
Take out a plait of wires of the sensor of concentration of oxygen of catalytic converter.
Remove collars of wires.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Remove the terminal muffler.
Weaken a fastening collar.
Turn off a nut of fastening and remove the muffler from an arm.
Disconnect 2 rubber support and take out the terminal muffler from the forward muffler.
Disconnect a forward exhaust pipe (2) from catalytic converter, having turned off 3 nuts of fastening.
Take out a forward exhaust pipe from the forward muffler, having disconnected 2 rubber support (1).
Place below a container for collecting liquid.
Merge engine oil.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the sensor of level of oil.
Remove the oil pallet.
Take out 2 rubber caps.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening from the transmission.
Turn off 15 bolts of fastening (arrow).
Disconnect the oil pallet the suitable tool.
Disconnect the generator of alternating current from power supply, having turned off 2 nuts of fastening.
Disconnect 2 bolt connections.
Remove the generator of alternating current.
Remove caps.
Insert the KM special tool 911 and block a flywheel.
Remove a damper of tortional fluctuations, having turned off a fastening bolt.
Remove a natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt, having turned off a fastening bolt.
Natyazhitel of a poliklinovy belt is blocked by means of the KM special tool 6130.
Remove a forward cover of a gear belt (bottom), having turned off 4 bolts of fastening.
Install the engine in VMT.
Remove the KM special tool 911.
Tighten a bolt of a damper of tortional fluctuations.
Rotating a bent shaft of the engine in the direction of rotation install the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in the provision of the top dead point (TDP) (shooter).
Insert the special KM-6173 device.
Attach KM-6001-A.

NOTE
Use of KM-6001-A guarantees alignment of the drive with the case of a forward axis.

Weaken 3 bolts (arrow) in adjusting tires.
Insert the special KM-6001-A device.
Necks have to be in openings of the forward axis directing cases.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening in adjusting tires.
Adjust support and lift them to limiters on the directing necks.
Tighten 3 regulating coupling bolts.
Adjust support – forward and back.
Lift support to the limiter on guide necks.

NOTE
Necks of a guide have to settle down on support without gap.

Lower the car
Remove the damping engine block with the right adapter of the damping block, having turned off 6 bolts of fastening.
Remove the right support of the damping engine block, I will turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Establish cam-shaft cogwheels, using the KM special tool 6340.
Establish camshaft asterisks so that tags (3) were located opposite to each other.
Install the special KM-6340-left tool on an asterisk of a cam-shaft of the drive of inlet valves (I).
Install the special KM-6340-right tool.
Take off a gear belt, note the direction of rotation.
Make effort for a tension roller of a gear belt in the direction of an arrow, using Allan's key. Record by means of the KM special tool 6333.
Shoot the tension and directing videos of a gear belt.
Remove the cooling system pipeline, having turned off 2 bolts of fastening.
Remove the pump module, having turned off 8 bolts of fastening.

NOTE
Bolts have different length.

Remove an epiploon of a bent shaft (forward) the suitable tool.

Check
Check distance between an external rotor and the module of the pump.
Uncover the oil pump.
Check distance between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump.
Remove an external rotor with an internal rotor.
Visually check knots.
Measure a gap between an internal and external rotor.

Installation
Establish a cover of the oil pump.
Tighten 6 bolts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.
Install the pump module.

NOTE
Screws have different length.

Tighten 8 bolts of fastening the moment of 20 N · m.
Insert a forward sealing ring of a bent shaft.
Clear the condensed surfaces.
Apply on the silicone lubricant condensing an edge (white).
Install the protective plug on a neck of a bent shaft.
Put on a sealing ring shifting it on the protective plug on a neck of a bent shaft.
Press a sealing ring into a bent shaft.
Remove the protective plug and press a sealing ring in a pump case by means of the KM special tool 6351.
Use a bolt and a washer of the leading gear wheel of a bent shaft.
Installation of other components is made as it should be, the return to removal.
