3.4.2. Measurement of a radial and side beating of the bearing of a wheel

Removal
Remove a back wheel.
Remove a brake disk or the brake drum.
Attach the special MKM-571-B tool with an arm of the indicator of hour type and the magnetic holder to a brake board or a cover.
Install the sensor of the indicator of hour type opposite to an outer edge of the bearing of a wheel.
Install the indicator on "0".
Slowly rotate the wheel bearing.
Measure a radial beating.
The admissible side beating makes: 0,04 mm.

NOTE
If value differs from set, replace the wheel bearing.

Install the special MKM-571-B (3) tool with the indicator of hour type, an arm (1) and the magnetic holder (2) on a brake board.
Install the sensor of the indicator of hour type opposite to the wheel bearing (as shown in the drawing).
Install the indicator on "0".
Slowly rotate the wheel bearing.
Measure a side beating.
Admissible side beating: no more than 0,05 mm.

NOTE
If value differs from set, replace the wheel bearing.

Installation
Disconnect the special MKM-571-B tool with an arm of the indicator of hour type and the magnetic holder.
Establish a brake disk or the brake drum.
Establish a back wheel and tighten fastening bolts the moment of 110 N · m.
